Trip to hospital
It used to have cracked rubber bicycle tubes for valve covers so we installed some WR type ones. It was not easy.
O-Ringed
The valves are tipped so the covers are hard to slide on. Really tight fit.
And the valves are much closer to the pistons so there's very little room for the cylinder flange nut. Check it out, a 3/8" nut with a 7/16" head (normally 9/16"). Still had to turn it down and grind down a spanner.
Precision magneto timing.
Magneto refurbished by the wonderful Paulie.
Thanks Tosh!
